Responsible Disclosure Policy

We take security seriously and value the contributions of the security community. If you discover a vulnerability in our systems, we encourage you to report it to us in a responsible manner.

How to Report

Please email us atinfo@isbergdata.cawith the following:

  • Title or summary of the vulnerability
  • Detailed description and potential impact
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Proof of concept (screenshots or videos, if available)
  • Your contact information (optional)

What to Expect

  • You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 business days.
  • We will keep you informed throughout the resolution process.
  • We ask that you do not publicly disclose the issue until it has been resolved.

We will not pursue legal action against individuals who submit vulnerability reports in good faith and in compliance with this policy.
